What's collected when you shop, commission, or subscribe here, and how it's used.
When you check out, payment and shipping details (name, address, email, card info) are collected and processed by Stripe — this site never sees or stores your card number. If you join the mailing list, I collect your email address through the sign-up form. If you email me directly, I keep that email and whatever you've shared in it.
Order information is used to fulfill and ship your order, and to handle any support, refund, or return request. Mailing list emails are used only to send the Sunny Dispatch newsletter — new paintings, prints, and process notes. I don't sell or share your information with anyone outside of what's needed to get your order to your door (Stripe for payments, my shipping carrier for delivery).
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link that removes you from the mailing list immediately, no login required. To have your order history or contact details deleted, email me and I'll take care of it — deletion may be delayed for records Stripe or Canadian tax law require me to keep.
